Deep Brain Stimulation continues to be a key treatment for many people living with Parkinson’s, and in recent years there has been increasing discussion surrounding focused ultrasound for Parkinson’s.
This Ask the Expert session will discuss Deep Brain Stimulation, including how selection works and the benefits of surgery. We will also discuss what focused ultrasound is, current research and, how it may benefit people living with Parkinson’s.
This event will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform. How you register and join the event might look a little different to what you're used to – but it should be quicker and easier!
