Are you keen to learn more about Parkinson’s, while meeting others living with the condition? Join us at an informative community seminar on Tuesday 27th February at the Mercure Port of Echuca Hotel.
This Parkinson's community seminar will provide an opportunity to gain a better understanding of Parkinson’s, its treatments and the value of social connection.
The seminar program is designed to help people live well with Parkinson’s, and will feature information on a range of topics including:
- guest speaker, Professor Jennifer McGinley (Physiotherapist & Head of Physiotherapy Department, University of Melbourne) discussing the benefits of multi-disciplinary care
- the Fight Parkinson's Health Team exploring some frequently asked questions
- local community members sharing their own personal stories of Parkinson’s
Registrations open 11am. Light lunch provided. This event is mask-friendly.
