Online Session via Teams (map)

Wed 16th Apr 2025, 10:00am to 11:00am (1 hour)

Understanding multidisciplinary care and how it can help in the management of Parkinson's. Parkinson’s is a complex condition and those living with the condition can experience a range of different motor and non-motor symptoms. For those affected by Parkinson’s, symptoms can have multiple contributing factors and impact on many areas of daily life.

Different health professionals have different areas of expertise and can help provide a range of strategies to manage symptoms.  This multi-disciplinary approach is crucial to providing a more comprehensive approach to care, optimising symptom management and improving outcomes for people living with Parkinson’s.

This Positive Life session will explore the benefits of multidisciplinary care, the role different health professionals can play and tips on how to establish the right team around you.
